We carefully select a mix of beautiful Swarovski Crystals, glass beads and distinctive charms to individually design our stylish products. Our beads include Millifori, Miracle, Silver & Gold Foil, Czech, Crackle, and Fiber Optic. Many of our creations are finished with Tibetan Silver or glass charms in a variety of unique styles.
Bookmarks
RubyMae bookmarks are fun way to add sparkle and fashion while relaxing and enjoying your favourite books. They feel lovely to hold and linger over while you get into the heart of your story. They add pleasure and flair to your reading experience simply marking your page or decorating your personal journal.
Starting with a fun, silver plated squiggle bookmark (8.5cm long), each creation is individually designed and handmade to appeal to a broad range of tastes and personalities whilst keeping the overall RubyMae style and quality.
The length of our designs varies depending on the beads, crystals and charms used. Single drop bookmarks are often longer than our double drops.
Charms
We have so much fun designing and creating the perfect charm for you to accessorise with, be it your handbag, nappy bag, school bag, keys, cell phone, wallet or anything else you wish to glam up!
Our larger charms begin with a 32×11mm nickel plated lobster clip, with 3 fun strands of beads and crystals leading down to their individual pendant or charm. The length of the strands varies depending on the design, but most strands are between 70mm and 100mm in length including the charm.
Earrings
All of our gorgeous earrings are made with quality sterling silver hooks, bearing the S925 stamp. We have designed our earrings using our quality beads and Swarovski Crystals and have a range of drop length and size.

As our RubyMae Bookmarks are made of small beads and crystals, we recommend that they are not to be in reach of small children due to the potential choking hazard.
Payment
All of our prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We currently accept payment via direct bank deposit in New Zealand and by credit card (via PayPal). You can also make payment using your existing PayPal account balance or any of the other accepted methods of payment at PayPal. For more information on PayPal go here www.paypal.com/nz.
Shipping
Your RubyMae purchase will be placed in a organza gift bag, and wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.
All RubyMae purchases will be sent to you within 2 working days of order completion.
Within New Zealand
New Zealand wide standard delivery is couriered (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Delivery which are sent via regular NZ Post), at a flat rate of NZ$3.00. For Rural Delivery we also provide the option to courier deliver for NZ$8.00.
Delivery times can vary, please allow 2-4 days from the date you placed your order.
Our couriers do not deliver on weekends.
International Delivery
For shipping to Countries outside New Zealand we will be using New Zealand Post’s International Airmail Service which has a delivery time of 3-10 working days.
Delivery to Australia is NZ$7.00
Delivery to all other countries is NZ$13.00
It is up to the customer to pay for any duties or taxes that the destination country may charge when receiving the parcel.
Returns
All returns must be notified to us at enquire@rubymae.co.nz within 7 days of the purchase date.
We really want you to love your purchases from us, so your satisfaction is the key!
We believe in the quality of our products and hand check them before sending anything out to our customers, but remember these are handmade items so they are all individual. However, in the slim chance you do receive something from us that is flawed or arrives to you damaged we will pay for the return shipping of the item and either arrange a full refund or an exchange – whichever you would prefer. Please contact us via email within 4 working days to arrange this. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if the damage has been caused by the customer.
However, if for any reason you simply change your mind on your order, we will be happy to exchange or give you a refund as long as the items are still in a brand new condition. The customer will be responsible to pay for the return shipping of the item. No refund or exchange will be arranged until we have received the returned item. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us here at RubyMae. Information that we obtain from our customers will never be shared, distributed or sold to a third party.
